2 x scrapings of quark cheese - this is finally running out, showing just how long diet food can actually last; come the apocolypse, i'm eating naught but quark cheese and twinkies
1 x tangerine
2 x turkey slice helpings made of only one turkey slice. how clever!
1 x carbonated beverage of the diet coke variety
2 x cigarettes because i've missed proper cigarettes
0 x sunflower seeds - oh god, i've run out!!!
1 x bustling nature whilst preparing around the father's presence in the kitchen

...i love these snacks. i looooove them! i loooooooooooooove them! and they're healthy, too. when will i tire of them, though? this worries me.

i think maybe i haven't been eating enough in the last few days - i keep forgetting my times, and getting very confused. this does not take much. although i have enjoyed a day's break from the exercise routine, i'm looking forward to it - my god - later today. i actually got a little restless last night! me! restless for exercise. freaky.

am i being changed, or controlled by the cult-like wisdom of the Five Factor Diet? watch this space.
